Role:
We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our Design team and lead our design projects. You will be required to oversee the design projects starting from conceptualization to completion. You will also need to coordinate with the product and marketing teams and lead your design team towards producing high-quality, customer focused designs. Your contribution will add value to the team and the end product, directly impacting our customer satisfaction and profits.
Required Skills:
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in designing graphics, layouts and applications for web, desktop and mobile
• An excellent portfolio of past creative projects
• The ability to manage multiple teams
• Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined designs in a short time
• Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment
• Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers
• Good command over design techniques and visual elements
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Sketch
• Expert level skills in Photoshop, 3DMax(other 3D software) and other relevant tools
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in visual communication or related design fields
• Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
