Job Description for Operations Executive 

We are a post-production company based in India that services large global and Indian companies to meet their image editing requirements.

Job Responsibilities

•Acts as a liaison between clients and company.

•Answers client questions.

•Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints.

•Reports problems and unresolved issues to Head of Department

•Writes up reports of client and customer activity or complaints.

•Presents reports to the company manager.

•Devises ways to improve customer service and client relationships.

•Possesses detailed knowledge of company goals, products, and services.

•Exhibits strong organizational skills.

Education and Experience
